Public adult content
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Game rooms ask for an adult confirmation and remember it only for the browser session. That confirmation is a content gate, not proof of identity.
Private and paid access
The Royal Archive does not open merely because somebody selects an 18+ button. Before paid private media is enabled, the operator must connect a suitable adult-content-compatible age-assurance and payment process and test it on the live domain.
Data minimisation
The intended design stores only the minimum result needed to decide access, such as a verified-adult status, time, expiry, provider and one-way reference. Identity documents and facial images should remain with the specialist provider rather than the Majesty Flair application database.
Fair alternatives
A provider must offer a reasonable alternative when age estimation cannot produce a fair result. The operator must review accuracy, robustness, reliability and accessibility before enabling restricted access.
